TCU Entry Gate: Hardscape, Stone Signage using Cast Stone
This is a new sign, entrance design and hardscape plan showing the entry to a redeveloped part of the Texas Christian University (TCU) consisting of student housing, and the athletic complex.
The architectural cast stone signage with name of the school and founding year, was custom designed to fit on the landscaped island in front of the entry gate.
Cast stone was also used for trim material to complete the arched entry, planters and exposed walls. The color and finish of the cast stone used in this hardscape design matched with the other academic buildings on the campus, welcoming students, faculty and others to the campus.
