Kerf slot with strap anchors – technique for installing fabricated stone pieces. In case of more installation questions, complete the form at bottom of this page.
Customized manufacturing schedule, sequencing simplify construction planning – detailed settings plan with ability to identify, track individual stone pieces.
Computerized batch plant automate weighing and mixing raw materials with accuracy and consistency. This eliminates errors and guess work in the production process. Also see cast stone tamping process.
The AAS quality control team used computerized internal lab for color sampling, and confirmation of materials consistency. Product strength and absorption rates are tested daily for every project in the manufacturing schedule.
GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) panels are much lighter in weight, and yet have very high strength to weight ratio. Panels can be handled on the site without heavy equipment, and their installation is easy.
The AAS team is able to stage and ship stone products with detailed installation guidelines. Customers have ability to track and identify every stone piece manufactured for their specific project.
Notes: Advanced Architectural Stone (AAS) has the fully automated tracking system that enables customers to identify and track individual stone pieces.
AAS also provides detailed settings plan that clearly shows position of individual stone pieces in the overall design.
