Easy Sales Software used throughout the Operations

Easy Sales is the proprietary operating system that is the heart of all information necessary to understand every project bid and sold by AAS. All projects start as bids and Easy Sales tracks each bid made by AAS, including changes or revisions to the bid. Architectural Plans are pulled from various locations and entered into Easy Sales and downloaded to our estimators. Our estimators use proprietary software to read and measure each of the materials we bid from the plans. The proprietary system also speeds bidding and is paperless.

AAS currently uses the latest version of Auto CAD software, and integrates shop drawings and production tickets with Easy Sales information flow. AAS also works and draws in Building Information Modeling (BIM/RVIT) which is an integrated process that allows professionals to use coordinated, consistent information to explore a project’s key physical and functional characteristics digitally before it is built.

Easy Sales tracks each mold and piece of stone on a daily basis so that all projects have a current status. The process allows for marking of each stone and the pallet on which each stone is palletized.

AAS Technology Based Production – Batch Plant

AAS is able to manufacture high volume of cast stone and precast using the batch system. This batch system was specifically designed for the AAS plant. Automated material handling, state-of-the-art load cells on all equipment to ensure accuracy of batch design, with automated and computer driven controls at each stage of the production cycle is the heart of the production area. The plant runs a high-volume batch operation from start to finish – batching, mixing, moisture control and automated delivery of different product colors throughout the production day.

Mold Production with CNC Technology

The mold production process is based on CNC technology for both accuracy of parts and speed. Tool paths are controlled via computer pneumatic control. CNC technology allows our production staff to use the Auto CAD Mechanical drawings produced in other departments to be converted to 3-D applications and cut on our CNC equipment. The sophistication of AAS’ mold department determines a significant part of the quality of the finished product.
