AAS can manufacture architectural precast using both wet-cast as well as dry-cast manufacturing processes.

With the wet-pour casting process, AAS can manufacture architectural precast concrete products that can be structural or load-bearing; this eliminates the need for steel beams. When the design requires the architectural stone to span long spaces, AAS can create pieces installed without exposed steel lintel. This also eliminates any need for attachments to steel, which can make construction more complex.

Architectural precast concrete is a masonry structural product that can be used as a feature trim, ornament, cladding, veneer, or facing for any building type.
